Wow. I never really thought I would get here. Ever since I was young I've had a passion for music. I've always wanted to release music so here we are. The name of this album is "Nothing Special", but let me tell you, the recording sessions we had at the Treehouse Apartments in Richmond, VA were something very special for me, Album Producer and backing guitarist Jordan Stroud, and Morale Booster Cameron Potter. Major props to Matt Pace for contributing arguably the most professional part of the whole project with his album artwork. I was originally going to call this album "Alone" but decided with a more spontaneous title, as the recording sessions were quite spontaneous themselves. One of the songs on the latter half was written between sessions in a day. While the tracks may be, as the title states, nothing special, they are mine and mine alone, and I'm proud to have recorded and released them at the end of a long, long 2020. While the events of this year happened, I wrote and formed these songs. Just me and a Taylor Big Baby Mexican-Made Acoustic Guitar my father gave me. I am happy to have collaborated with such amazing friends to make this dream project come to life. This would not have been possible without the help, enthusiasm, and love by some incredible friends. There are many more to come.
